Your soul mate workout is the workout that you fall in love with. The one workout you could do everyday and never get tired of, it’s the thing that keeps you coming back for more. I’ve said it before, a group exercise class is the perfect place to try out new workouts and see what is right for you. When I was younger I never exercised. One of my friends asked me to go with her to try a Turbo Kickboxing class one day, I was really nervous because I had never taken a group exercise class before, but the second the music started going and we started punching and kicking, I fell in love. It was almost as if this workout was made for me. I started taking every single Turbo Kick class I could find; I was officially a Turbo Kick groupie. This class, is solely responsible for who I am today. I was not a gym person before and suddenly because of Turbo Kickboxing the gym was the place you could always find me. I soon became a Turbo Kick instructor and although I did not start teaching right away, It helped me to take my health and fitness to the next level by learning about the importance of proper form and breathing.

There are so many different types of work outs out there, whether you choose to exercise at the gym, or in your home with fitness DVD’s like Turbo Fire, I know there is something for you. Are you getting healthier because you want to be active with your children or grandchildren, is it because you are having issues with your health, or maybe you just know that you would be happier if you made a positive change?
