This traditional breakfast is super quick and easy to make, and remember you can always use the whole egg instead of the egg white just don’t forget to account for the calories.
All you need is  Two slices of gluten free turkey bacon (70) calories, three egg whites scrambled (75) calories, two slices of gluten free toast (240) calories. Total 385 calories serves one.
Cook the gluten free turkey bacon in a non stick pan, you can use a fat free zero calorie cooking spray if you like, but it is not needed. Remove the yolk from three eggs and discard. Scramble the three egg whites in a bowl and when the turkey bacon is done cooking, scramble the egg whites in the pan. Toast two slices of gluten free toast, when the eggs are cooked you are ready to eat. Enjoy
