For those of you who are gluten free, there is oatmeal out there for you. You might have to try a couple of different brands until you find the one you like. But once you do, this recipe will be perfect for you.

All you need is a  ½ cup of plain, gluten free oatmeal (100) calories, one medium banana (105) calories, total 205 calories.

Boil a 1/2 cup of gluten free oatmeal in a cup of water. When the water has dissolved and the oats are soft, you can take the oatmeal out of the pot and into a cereal bowl. Slice a banana into thin slices and put it on top of the oatmeal. Enjoy.

TROPICAL FRUIT BOWL 198 CALORIES

This cleansing fruit bowl is tasty and is a perfect breakfast for a sunny morning. Because this bowl is so light in calories, you can also eat it as a snack.

All you need is half a medium papaya cubed (59) calories, one cup blackberries (62) calories, one small apple (77) calories. Total 198 calories serves one.

Cut a medium papaya in half, place plastic wrap around one half of the papaya and put it in the refrigerator for tomorrow. Discard the seeds and rind from the other half of the papaya and cut it into small cubes. Remove the core of a small apple and discard. Cut the apple into small cubes. Try out this healthy spin on a breakfast skillet. This is a recipe the whole family will love, this recipe like all my recipes are for one, so if you are making it for the family make sure multiply the ingredients.

All you need is ¼ onion chopped (7) calories, ¼ red bell pepper chopped (9) calories, one teaspoon olive oil (40) calories, one cup boiled red baby potatoes (151) calories, 3 ounces ground turkey (82) calories, two egg whites (50) calories. Total 339 calories serves one.

Boil one cup of red baby potatoes. Chop 1/4 of an onion and 1/4 of a bell peppper into small pieces. Saute the onions and bell peppers on medium heat in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. Let the mixture saute for one minute then add the ground turkey and continue to saute for about 10 minutes. The potatoes should be boiled by now, add them to the mixture and let cook an extra two minutes. While the mixture is still cooking, discard the yolk from two eggs and scramble the egg whites. Add the egg whites to the pan and scramble the whole mixture together until the eggs and turkey are fully cooked. Enjoy

This traditional breakfast is super quick and easy to make, and remember you can always use the whole egg instead of the egg white just don’t forget to account for the calories.
All you need is  Two slices of gluten free turkey bacon (70) calories, three egg whites scrambled (75) calories, two slices of gluten free toast (240) calories. Total 385 calories serves one.
Cook the gluten free turkey bacon in a non stick pan, you can use a fat free zero calorie cooking spray if you like, but it is not needed. Remove the yolk from three eggs and discard. Scramble the three egg whites in a bowl and when the turkey bacon is done cooking, scramble the egg whites in the pan. Toast two slices of gluten free toast, when the eggs are cooked you are ready to eat. Enjoy

EASY GLUTEN FREE BREAKFAST 225 CALORIES

This recipe has all the elements you love about breakfast without any of the guilt. This is a great light breakfast that will keep you full until lunch time without feeling bloated.
All you need is 1/2 cup of steamed red baby potatoes (105) calories, two egg whites scrambled (50) calories, two slices of gluten free turkey bacon (70) calories. Total 225 calories serves one.
Steam 1/2 cup of chopped red baby potatoes, you can also boil them if you like. When the potatoes are almost soft start cooking the gluten free turkey bacon on a non stick pan you can use a fat free zero calorie cooking spray if needed, but usually the oils from the turkey bacon are enough. Remove the yolk from two eggs and discard, keeping the egg whites. Scramble the egg whites in a bowl and when the turkey bacon is done cooking, cook the egg whites in the non stick pan. When the potatoes are soft and the eggs are cooked you are good to go. You can season the eggs and potatoes with pepper if you like, Enjoy
