All you need is one slice of wheat bread (66) calories, 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (3) calories, one medium egg white (16) calories, 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (2) calories, a dash of cinnamon (1) calories. Total 89 calories each slice double the recipe for two slices but soak the bread individually in its own mixture for the best flavor, 178 calories for two pieces serves one.

Combine the almond milk, egg white, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Soak each side of the bread in the mixture. Place the soaked bread on a skillet and cook on medium heat flipping the bread to make sure both sides are brown. Repeat with the other slice of toast. Enjoy.
